We are often so busy that we rarely (or never!) give ourselves some time to actually pause, breathe, and reset so that we can continue doing what we need to do!

Breathwork Classes and events are available to learn various breathing techniques that can help you to gain control over your stress management, clear mind-fog and improve your productivity...

​

These simple breathing techniques are easy to learn.  They can take you from a state of mind-fog and stress to one of greater clarity and reduced tension in as little as a few minutes!  Some techniques can be used daily, and as often as needed, whilst others are for longer-term benefit.

​

Instructed and guided by qualified and professional Breathwork practitioners, you will have the opportunity to learn how simple and gentle breathing techniques can give you true relief, bring clarity, understanding and renewed energy to your body, mind and soul.

Classes are held regularly, and each event is limited to a small group in a spacious venue to allow you to truly escape the stress of your day.

I endeavour to keep the Breathwork classes small, as well as value for money.
