I am pleased to offer various small-group Breathwork classes and events, as well as other Workshops on various topics.

I endeavour to keep the Breathwork classes small, as well as value for money.









Breathe Stretch Float

I am excited to be collaborating with the wonderful Jim Ryan & Jo Bezzina at 

 Adelaide's 5* Boutique wellness centre - Breathe Stretch Float.

I will be offering regular Breathwork classes in their beautiful yoga studio, located at :

153 Flinders St, Adelaide.

Whether you are a Breathwork beginner, or have already tried breathwork in one form or another, join us on selected Sundays at the beautiful Breathe Stretch Float 5* boutique wellness centre in Flinders St in the city, with free on-street parking on Sundays.
